Jill, just had to let you know that I told my mom about your "mini meatloaves in a muffin pan" and she loved the idea. We had them for dinner tonight and they were fab! Those little buggers cook up so fast, neither of us are ever making a real meatloaf again. Your blog influence reaches farther than you'll ever know;)
It doesn't get much better. You are right. Our Saturday night - kids playing, sprinkers, ice cream, laughter... and a broken patio chair. (or maybe that was a broken chair and then the laughter)
