Overheard in the Barnes Yard

Can I just say that I'm so proud of my husband

for picking up my little habits while I'm away working???

Yesterday he overheard this little exchange between the kiddos

and grabbed a notepad to write it down.

Last night in bed, he whipped it out and read it to me.

Ahhhh,

I love that he appreciates a good blog post.

Now all he has to remember is to run in and take a picture.

Brooklyn: "What are your jammies?"

Porter: "Star Wars. Do you like Star Wars?"

Brooklyn: "No. I like buff-flies."

Porter: "If you see a butterfly you catch it."
