only in Lebanon

I was on a walk and saw a sign in someone's yard that said "For Sale-Clean Urine (Pee)" with a phone number to call. My reactions:
1. who doesn't know what urine is?
2. is this a joke?
3. why would anyone buy urine? can't they produce their own?

I'm thinking it's either for druggies that have to take tests for work (but I think they watch you actually pee) or maybe for medicinal purposes?
