first Christmas craft and it's not even December yet!

While I was cruising around JoAnn's looking for something else, I stumbled upon these plastic, kind of flattened, ornaments and got an idea!

I took them home and sprayed several coats of chalkboard paint on them.
And then thought of different things I could write on them with chalk.
Pop the top back on, tie a ribbon, and it's ready for the tree!  
(I love that I don't have to worry about them breaking either!)

    What a great idea! It's be fun for a classroom project too! Pre-spraying them at home, of course!

    Those are SO cute! I love that they are plastic too. Somehow my boys managed to break at least one ornament every year!
