Even though you knew in your heart of hearts that you were really done done having babies...
were you still a teeny tiny bit sad?
I'm miserable being pregnant.
I'm horrible during delivery.
I could possibly be the world's worst pusher.
And I have the BEST babies.
We think our family is complete and I am a little sad. Nothing compares to holding your newborn baby for the first time.

ReplyDeleteI wasn't lucky enough to have children but I follow a lot of mom blogs (talk about torture!) and while I know you get a bit sad at the "no more babies"; you have done a great job with Brooklyn, Porter and baby Gus. They will be a joy to you forever!
Oh, girl, I am MORE than a little sad to be done having babies. I could cry if we talked about it long enough. But, I know our hands (& hearts!) are full. We're moving on to the kid raising part. Should be fun, right?!? :)
ReplyDeleteAwww... it makes me sad thinking that I'll need have anymore. Or that my kids will be too old by the time I find someone and get re-married. IF that ever happens.. haha!
